WIPRO BPO to hire 15,000 this year!

Wipro BPO will be hiring 15,000 employees this year for its various centers in India. 8,000 employees have already been selected and the remaining 7,000 will be selected in the next 6 months. Wipro is also holding job affairs with different universities.


Around 1,500 will be hired from the southern region. The vice president Praveen Kamanath said that the company has already over 24,000 employees and has operation in 15 different locations in the world, apart from India. He also said that the BPO division is the fastest growing business of Wipro.

According to the reports received, the company is currently interested in hiring undergraduates and graduates/postgraduates in the ratio 40:60. Moreover the company will also provide chance for further education of its selected employees.
